INTERNSHIP PROGRAM - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING

We are continuously improving our Industry 4.0 platform for facilitating data management and the development, testing and management of machine learning models. We have already successfully implemented our projects in the energy, electric motors, automotive, food, steel, and packaging industries and are currently expanding to other industries.

We started to develop FabMetrics in 2016 and Innoppia was founded in 2008 in Zuid Holland. Our team consists of young, creative and open-minded people with various backgrounds with a passion to create technologies solving real life problems.

EDUCATION LEVEL

Student of Master’s or Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or a related field.

THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM – WHAT MAKES WORKING WITH US FUN?

You will join the team of full-time core engineers within Innoppia actively contributing in the design, development, maintenance and support of our FabMetrics projects. You will play a key role in developing our state-of-the-art Industry 4.0 platform which is running on the latest cloud and big data technologies. Besides that, you are going to be part of an agile and multidisciplinary team of data engineers and engineers, giving you plenty of opportunities to grow your experience and explore new technologies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• • Interested to learn about startup & product marketing strategy
• • Ability to work with data and details in fast paced environment
• • Resourceful, high initiative and self-driven person
• • Able to work minimum 3 full days in a week (weekends are possible)
• • Good level of English
• • Advanced MS Office knowledge
• • Previous Marketing or Business Development Internship experience is a plus
• • Eager to learn, open to communication, self-motivated, team player
• • Able to start your internship as early Nov-April can be extended for an additional 6 months

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

We are seeking a persistent person who will be supporting our team to acquire, manage, and retain our employer community and promote our whole services / platforms to generate new leads.

Here you will experience a wide exposure to commercial, marketing, and business development activities within the company, and also chances to creatively explore initiatives that contribute largely to the company's objectives and key success metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• • Assist in building & managing marketing strategies to generate leads from online and offline activations
• • Involved in bridging partnership opportunities to build beneficial relationship with other related parties
• • Collaborate successfully with all areas of the organization to optimize team productivity
• • Administration, maintain and improve upon customer data in CRM tool
• • Assist in gathering feedback, defining processes, and identifying best practices
• • Conducting market research and finding ways to persuade your targets through different channels. You need to thoroughly understand business decision making processes to thrive in this role
• • Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends
